What Is Your Refund Policy?

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds for my products due to the fact they are either downloadable content or services that require booking ahead of time before you decide to purchase.

Do Your Digital Products Have A Time Limit That I Should be aware about?

Yes, you have up to 24 hours to download my digital products, before the file disappears.

Do you give access to RAW files with photography?

No, I do not because who ever decides to edit the photos is not a true representation of my work. Inquiring about RAW files, results in paying double for the price which is industry standard.

Can I hire you just for Color Correction for my photos? How much would that be for a service?

What If I Need To Reschedule A Booking?

If there is not a 24 hour notice, that day is paid in full. Booking means you are locking in an available slot. This means without a notice, I am actually losing not only our slot by rescheduling, but I then can not replace our booking in time for another project or client. If a rescheduling is doable there will be accommodation, but it is not always guaranteed.

Why is color grading a video more expensive, than photography?

It really depends on several factors such as: how many cameras were used, how many scenes there are, the length of the video, and more. For example a 30 second video can take up to 4-5 hours color grading depending how many scenes there are. With photography you are only sending one image, where when it comes to videos we typically deal with more than one clip and locations that can affect color.
